Situated in Ktaqmkuk, Gilbert is an interdisciplinary artist whose symbolist work explores her identity, experiences, and ideas of home(s). Since receiving a BFA in Visual Arts in 2020 and a Graduate Certificate in Museum and Gallery Studies in 2021, Rachel has worked with several local art spaces focusing on community programming, inclusion, and outreach.
